We are expanding our presence in Kenya and East Africa and are looking for a results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Clientivity.io’s market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Pitch and present Clientivity.io’s solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine product offerings and customer experience.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills with an existing network of potential clients and partners in Kenya.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
