Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM) to lead our efforts in expanding our customer base in Nairobi and across East Africa. As a CAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, businesses, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize lead generation channels, including digital marketing, referrals, events, and direct sales.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with brand positioning.
  • Analyze data and key performance metrics to evaluate and improve customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the customer onboarding process to enhance retention and user satisfaction.
  • Represent Clientivity.io at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Self-starter with a passion for startups and innovation.
  • Knowledge of the East African business landscape is a plus.
