Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer and Partner Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management, and partner marketing. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and execute campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement customer marketing programs that increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Partnership Marketing: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners, aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
  • Demand Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events, to drive lead generation.
  • Market Research & Insights: Analyze customer and market data to develop strategies that enhance product positioning and messaging.
  • Content & Communications: Develop compelling marketing content, case studies, and partner success stories to showcase Clientivity.io's value proposition.
  • Event Marketing: Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and partner summits to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Partnership Management: Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
